I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, panic attacks,
or those stuck in "survival mode". These 45-minute sessions provide gentle reflexology as well as walk you through specific stress management techniques that work toward healing and managing the following:
~ An overworked Sympathetic Nervous System ~
~ An under-functioning Vagus Nerve ~
~ Chronic anxiety and irritability ~
~ Trigger reactions caused by childhood or adult traumas ~
~ Health conditions caused by chronic stress ~
~ Learning how to manage difficult, stress-inducing situations ~
(at work, at home, in a relationship, etc.)
These counseling sessions are custom-made to meet your individual needs. I walk you through stress relief techniques to reverse current stress reactions you may be struggling with, as well as teach you ways to gain control of anxiety in your daily life.
We work together to heal the Autonomic Nervous System (ANS) and bring the Vagus Nerve back to optimum function encouraging the body to remain in the "Rest & Restore" state of calm.
This is done through breath work, visualization, specific relaxation techniques geared toward healing the ANS and Vagus Nerve, and gentle reflexology on specific pressure points.
Also, I make myself available to you, if necessary, in between sessions, providing ongoing support and guidance.
In-person is the preferred and most effective treatment. However, if you are not located near the RESET office, I do provide virtual sessions providing instruction on all of the above techniques.

This fun, interactive, and educational program has been created
for kids ages 6 - 12 years.
Emotions can be scary and overwhelming. We aren't born with healthy coping skills. They need to be learned.
This is what Kalm Kids is all about!
My goal is to provide a safe, calm space where kids will develop a "toolbox" that they can use when strong emotions arise.
I use movement, breath-work, relaxation practices, conversation, real-life situations, and age-appropriate tools to help my
Kalm Kids navigate feelings.
We will address:
~ What emotions are & why we have them ~
~ How our body responds to emotions ~
~ What is anxiety? ~
~ How to find calm when anxiety rises ~
~ Alternative responses to emotions ~
~ Rebuilding a calm nervous system ~
~ Practical tools for every-day situations ~
and more!
Each session will include 6 weekly,
one-hour classes.

We dig into the basics of
nutrition, stress management, physical activity,

Weekly sessions will be scheduled either in person if you are local,

I designed these workshops to be fun, interactive, and social...all quality ingredients to make up one fabulous learning experience.
Each 3-hour workshop contains current information on the chosen topic, along with hands-on activities, practicing newly learned skills, and ending with the creation of a practical plan that you can implement into your life right away.

1. As the host, you choose the workshop topic.
2. I give you your hostess packet, including invitations,
tips, and suggestions.
3. You secure a location for the workshop.
4. You invite and gather your group of at least 7 guests.
5. You collect the guests' workshop fees.
(Payment is required in full by 5 days prior to event date)
6. The day of the workshop, provide light refreshments for your guests.
7. I do everything else!!

Topic descriptions
Stress Relief & Self-Care Experience: focuses on the ins & outs of how chronic stress begins to damage our physical and mental health. Identifies triggers and common stressors. You will learn and practice multiple stress management techniques and practices to heal an overstimulated nervous system. You will build a "toolbox" preparing you to tackle future, inevitable stressful situations. All of this is combined with a dive into the true definition of self-care. You will learn how nurturing yourself is linked directly to stress relief. We will create a plan to begin your new self-care routine right away. You will leave feeling relaxed, nurtured, and on your way to renewed peace.
Hormone Reset: focuses on educating how hormone balance is crucial to how we feel physically, mentally, and emotionally. Identifies areas in our daily life that cause hormones to get knocked "out of whack". Builds a step-by-step plan to naturally reverse the effects of hormone imbalance while providing your body everything it needs to regain balanced hormonal function all on its own.
Mindset Shift: focuses on learning how to identify our negative thought patterns and automatic responses to life situations that keep us in a state of frustration and dissatisfaction. Practices new perspectives through simulated situations. I use visualization and meditation (which is simply sitting quietly and focusing on our breath) to begin the process of shifting our thinking from negative to positive. Our thoughts lead to our feelings. Our feelings lead to our actions. Our actions lead to our circumstances. It all starts with our mind.
Nutrition Balance: focuses on basic nutrition education by beginning back at the...beginning. What are the basic food groups and why does our body need them? What is a balanced meal? The problem with fad diets. What about food allergies and intolerances? How to build a health plate. You will leave this workshop prepared to refresh your current nutrition habits one step at a time, making it a lasting way of life, backed by a healthy knowledge and attitude toward food.
Weight Loss Kickstart: focuses on what it means to lose weight in a healthy and lasting manner. We explore underlying reasons for weight gain. We address habits that need adjustment. The main focus is on what needs to be ADDED rather than the deprivation mindset. The five basic areas of nutrition, activity, sleep, stress management, and mindset are the pillars of this workshop. We will also touch on how hormone imbalance can play a part. This workshop ends with each guest creating their own healthy, realistic "habit stacking" plan. This allows an immediate start down the path toward your weight loss goal. I offer 4 weeks of follow-up, weekly text check-ins to encourage motivation and provide accountability.
